Luggify is a one-time purchase. It uses the camera and ARKit to measure your bag in three dimensions and compares the result with airline cabin limits that ship inside the app.

BP Diary

BP Diary tracks systolic, diastolic and pulse over time. Your health data stays on your device. When you are ready to share a report with a doctor, BP Diary exports a clean PDF, and it leaves your phone only when you share it yourself.

Nothing. No account, no ads, no tracking.
PROCESSED ON DEVICE
Your blood pressure and pulse readings, notes, and the PDF reports you export. Stored only on this device: no iCloud sync, and nothing is read from or written to Apple Health.

InciWise AI

InciWise AI reads a product label from a photo you take. The photograph is resized and sent, together with the parts of your skin profile that make the result specific to you, only to produce that one result. It is not written to storage, not linked to your account, and discarded once the answer comes back.

Makema

Makema is made for children. It is set up by a parent or guardian, purchases are made by an adult through Apple behind a parental gate, no account is created and a child never signs in to anything. It contains no advertising, no advertising SDKs and no third-party tracking.

DATA COLLECTED
Nothing identifiable. When a hint is requested, the exercise it is about is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the hint; the request carries no name, no age and no identifier, and is not retained. Usage measurements that tell us whether a feature works carry no name, no age and no identifier that could single a child out.
PROCESSED ON DEVICE
The child profile (first name or nickname, age, daily goal, topics to practise) and practice progress. Optionally synced to the family's own private iCloud database, which we cannot read.
THIRD PARTIES
OpenAI (generates hints; per its API policy, content is not used to train models), Apple (purchases, and iCloud if the parent turns sync on).

TaqNote

TaqNote records a voice note, transcribes it on your device with Whisper, and turns the transcript into a summary, a to-do list or an email draft. The audio never leaves your phone.

Who this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Uladzislau Pareika, also known as Vladislav Pareiko (the "Developer", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, processes and protects information when you use any of our mobile applications (each, the "App", and together, the "Apps"). It applies to all Apps published by the Developer on the Apple App Store.

Quick summary

  • No account required to use the Apps.
  • We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
  • Your content is stored locally on your device.
  • Where AI-assisted features exist, only what that feature needs is sent for processing, and it isn't retained afterwards.
  • Where voice transcription is offered, it runs on your device; audio is never uploaded.
  • We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Content you create

When you use an App, you may create content such as voice recordings, transcripts, text notes, photographs and other materials ("User Content"). User Content is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to or stored on our servers, except that the content required by an AI-assisted feature may be sent for processing as described below.

AI processing

Where an App offers AI-assisted features, and only when you choose to use one, the content required to perform that action is transmitted to our backend and to our AI service provider for the sole purpose of generating the requested result. Transmitted content is processed transiently and is not stored by the AI provider after the result has been returned to your device. Audio recordings are never transmitted.

Health and other sensitive information

Some Apps ask you to describe yourself so that their results apply to you. Such a profile is stored locally on your device. Where an AI-assisted feature needs part of it, that part is sent with the request, processed transiently, and never used for advertising or profiling, or sold. Under the GDPR, health information is a special category of personal data: we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to enter it, and you can withdraw it at any time by clearing those fields in the App.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple, and for subscriptions by our subscription management provider (RevenueCat). We receive the status of your purchase and anonymous purchase identifiers. We never receive your payment card details or Apple ID credentials.

Technical and diagnostic data

Our service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure and maintain the Apps: device type, OS version, app version, anonymous installation identifiers, crash reports and basic usage events. It is not used to identify you.

Children

Most of our Apps are general-audience products and are not directed to children under 13. Makema is the exception: it is designed for children and is described in its own section above, which governs instead. We treat Makema as subject to COPPA and to equivalent rules elsewhere, including Article 8 of the GDPR.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because the Apps need no account and keep your content on your device, you can delete it at any time in the App or by uninstalling it. For anything else, write to [email protected]. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Security and changes

All data transmitted between the Apps, our backend and third-party providers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS). If this policy changes, the "Updated" date on this page changes with it, and significant changes may also be announced in the Apps.
