Which airlines does Luggify know?
Cabin limits for the major carriers ship inside the app, so Luggify can tell you straight away whether your bag fits. If your airline is missing, email me its name and I will add it.
The measurement looks off.
Measure in good light, keep the whole bag in frame and move the phone slowly around it so ARKit can map the floor first. If a number still looks wrong, email me the bag’s real size and a screenshot.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. Luggify is a one-time purchase on the App Store. There is no account and nothing to sign in to.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me: reportaproblem.apple.com.

BP Diary

Does BP Diary measure my blood pressure?
No. It is a diary: you take a reading with your own monitor and log it. BP Diary keeps the history and turns it into a report.
Where are my readings stored?
On your device. There is no account, and nothing is sent to me.
How do I share my readings with a doctor?
Export a report as a PDF and share it from your iPhone however you like: print it, email it or hand it over in person.
Is this medical advice?
No. BP Diary helps you keep a clean record. Talk to your doctor about what your readings mean.

The scan says the device couldn’t be verified.
Scanning runs through our servers, and the app proves it is a genuine copy before the request is accepted. That check can fail on a jailbroken device, or briefly while Apple’s attestation service is unreachable. Wait a few minutes and scan again. If it keeps happening, write to me with your device model and iOS version.
The ingredient list came back incomplete.
The app reads the label from your photo, so anything the camera missed is missed by the analysis too. Round bottles are the usual culprit: take up to three photos, turning the bottle between shots, and the app will merge them. When the read is partial, the result screen says so above the ingredient list.
Why does the same product get a different grade than my friend’s?
Because the grade is not a property of the product. It is calculated against the profile you built: skin type, goals, what has irritated you before, the actives you already use, your always-avoid list, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Change the profile and the grade changes with it.
What happens to my photos?
A label photo is resized and sent to our server and our AI provider only to produce that one result. It is not written to storage, not linked to you, and discarded once the answer comes back. Your profile and scan history stay on your device.
Is this medical advice?
No. InciWise AI helps you read an ingredient label. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a professional. Talk to a doctor or a dermatologist about pregnancy, medication or a diagnosed skin condition.

When does Makema come out?
It is in development and planned for 2026. Email me and I will tell you the day it ships.
Does my child need an account?
No. A parent sets Makema up, no account is created, and a child never signs in to anything.
Where is my child’s data?
On the device, and in your family’s own private iCloud database if you turn iCloud sync on. It is not uploaded to my servers, and I cannot read it.

When does TaqNote come out?
It is in development and planned for 2026. Email me and I will tell you the day it ships.
Is my audio uploaded?
No. Recording and transcription happen on your iPhone. The audio never leaves your phone.
What is sent when I ask for a summary?
Only the transcript text that feature needs. It is processed to produce your result and is not retained afterwards.
